Richard M. Schlicher Jr., 59, of Quakertown, passed away March 29, 2022 after a sudden illness. He was the beloved husband of Jeanne E. (Penney) Schlicher. Rich was an enthusiastic sports fan. He held out hope that his Buffalo Bills would someday win the Superbowl. Rich loved all things Penn State, especially wrestling and football. He loved serving pancake breakfasts for friends and family at football tailgates. Rich was a founding member of the Valley View Neighborhood Watch. He enjoyed block parties, bonfires and the fantasy football league. Rich had a big heart and was there for anyone who needed him with a joke or a hug. He will be deeply missed.
