Obituary for Pamela J. Fegely

Pamela J. Fegely (Stoudt), mother of four, and friend of many – passed away October 29, 2022, at the age of 68 in her home, surrounded by all her children, her partner Jim, her brother and one lifetime friend.

Pam was born in Allentown and was the daughter of the late Richard and Geraldine (Wasco) Stoudt. She was a 1972 graduate from Upper Perkiomen High School. Pam entered the work force later in life after she raised her four children. She worked for several companies and made lifelong friends wherever she was employed.

Through the years, Pam enjoyed her annual beach trips with Jim, reading, summer, sitting under her gazebo, Halloween and if you knew mom, Christmas but most of all, she loved saving all her children’s artwork, papers, report cards and anything else she could manage to store away. She was authentically and wholeheartedly there for those in her life. Anyone that truly knew her, knew she had such a big heart. Some of her favorite names were, Mom, Mamma, Pam, Pammie, Aunt Pam and best of all Nana.

Though Pam’s health was failing, few people knew the extent to which she struggled. Her joy for life and indomitable spirit kept her pushing through the pain. Pam’s last wish was to make it to her 68th birthday, which she did, two weeks prior to her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Stoudt and mother, Geraldine Stoudt (Wasco) and her two beloved cats, Baby and Phoenix. She is survived by her children, son, Jay C. Fegely and his wife Sandy (aka favorite), of Bonneau, SC, daughter, Angie and her boyfriend Steve (aka Stevie), son, Shawn, and son, Andrew Fegely, all of East Greenville; her partner of 28 years, James McCarthy; her brother, Richard Stoudt, and his wife, Denise, of Kutztown, her Sister Cheryl, wife of Michael Kehl, of Allentown; and four grandchildren, Sebastain, Bailey, Tyler, and Jase.

The family would like to thank all the staff at St Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus Hospital and the Pennsburg Manor for their compassionate care during Mom’s stays last year. They’d also like to thank all their family and friends for their support and prayers.

A Celebration of Life & Memorial Service will be held in the future during the warm months per Mom’s request. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg, has been entrusted with her care.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in Pam’s name to your favorite charity of choice. To offer online condolences, please visit her “Book of Memories” at falkfuneralhomes.com.
