Obituary for Pamala Lynn "Pam" Boettner

Pamala “Pam” L. Boettner, 61, of Pottstown, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on July 4, 2022. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Harold Faust Jr. and Nancy (Pollinotz) Boettner. Pam was a 1978 graduate of Daniel Boone High School. She worked for the Dermatology Specialists of Montgomery County in the Limerick office as a Medical Assistant before becoming ill.

Pam adored her grandson Axel and they loved to sing and dance together. They also enjoyed watching movies, playing games, going on walks, and spending quality time together. Pam loved to travel to the beach, collect seashells and loved all things sunflower. She also had a passion for making jewelry.

Pam loved to live life to its fullest and her life motto was “dance as if no one is watching”.

Pam is survived by her son, Joshua Faust, and her grandson Axel Hunter, of Pottstown. She is also survived by her sisters: Kathy, wife of James Darrah of Pottstown and Danielle Sykes of Middletown, PA; her brother, Harold Faust III and his wife Karen of New Holland, PA; her step siblings: John Boettner and his wife Tracy of Boyertown, Jacqueline Bergey of Delaware, and Robert Boettner of North Carolina. Along with her parents, Pam was predeceased by a stepsister Laurie Boettner.

At Pam’s request, services will be held privately. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Pottstown.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pam’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org, OR the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, ASPCA.org.
