Margaret Catherine (Weimar) Mower, 101, of Lehighton and formerly of East Greenville, passed away December 12, 2020. She was the widow of Edward Mower. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late William and Anna (Kelly) Weimar. Margaret was the head checker for Acme Markets in Philadelphia before retiring. She was also a bookkeeper for the former Shalom Mennonite Church in East Greenville.
Surviving is a son: Christopher Mower of Philadelphia; a sister: Anna Mary Finnegan, of Philadelphia; a daughter-in-law: Mary Frantz of Lehighton; grandchildren: Christopher, John, Kathryn, and Jeffrey; great-grandchildren: Christopher III, Brittany, Myles, Jacquelyn, Damian, Darren, Miranda, Madison, and Sierra; and great-great-grandchildren: Richard, Christopher IV, Rocco Jr. and Zaiden. She was pre-deceased by a son, Edward Mower; and siblings: Adeline Mower, William Weimar Jr, John Weimer, James Weimer, and Robert Weimer.
