James F. Cabelus of Red Hill, PA, passed away on May 27, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was pre-deceased by his partner Jeannie Conrad, his sons Steven and Scott, and his grandson Sam. He is survived by his former wife Claire, children Carrie Zoller (Pete), David (Kathy), and Amy (Joe), son-in-law Floyd Wolfgang (Liz Cipriano), grandchildren Stacie Bigioni, Charlotte Zoller, Eli Zoller, Jackie, Henry, Charlie, Matt, Alexa, and Nina, and great grandchildren Gunner, Gianna, Elodie, and Cordelia.

Born in Somerville, MA, in 1939, he enlisted in the Air Force in 1957, and spent 12 years in active duty at various bases in the US, as well as a tour in Vietnam. After leaving the Air Force, he worked for Johnson & Johnson and several food production companies as a plant manager before eventually becoming a small business owner.

Jim was known for his ability to connect with people and to light up a room with his smile and sharp wit. He will be sorely missed.

The family plans a small celebration of life, with details to be announced.
