Obituary for Edward H. Nace

Edward H. Nace, 89, of Perkiomenville passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 20th, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Joan A. (McDonald) Nace. Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Leroy and Hattie (Hertel) Nace. Edward served our country honorably in the Army during the Korean War. Edward worked at Alan Wood Steel Company for 25 years, then for Handy & Harman until he retired at 65.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Susan Bellamy, and her husband Walt of Brookhaven; his sons: Steve Nace, and his wife Kim of Souderton, Jim Nace and his wife April of Perkasie; grandchildren: Amanda (Justin), Kimberly (Jamal), Kristin (Josh), and Liz (Justin); great grandchildren: Sadie, Mae, Corinne, Eliana and Sophia; a sister: Marge Clark who resides in Florida; and cousins: Henry Ockershausen and Dott Ott; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Ray, Paul and Don Nace.

A Celebration of life will be held at the Red Hill Firehouse Social Hall, 82 E. Fifth St. Red Hill, PA 18076, on Sunday June 13th from 1pm to 5pm.
