Obituary for Donald Kolb
Donald Kolb, 91, of Green Lane, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Cheria (Haas) Kolb. They celebrated 71 years of marriage in July. Born in Red Hill, he was a son of the late Russell and Edith (Schwenk) Kolb. He spent his career in sales and leasing with the former Berman Company in both Pennsburg and Pottstown. Donald was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Red Hill.
Surviving with his wife are his daughter Dawn, wife of Richard “Bruce” Ferketich of Green Lane; grandchildren: Jason and his son Dylan, Justin and his wife Amanda and their daughter Noelle, and Lindsay Kolb; and his brother, Gary and his wife Maryann, of Palm. He was predeceased by his son Gregg, who passed away on August 30, 2015; and his siblings, Winifred Nyce and Roger Kolb.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Friends may gather from 10-11 AM.
