Dale Jansen Bieber Sr., 73, of Pennsburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 14th 2021 surrounded by his family. He was the beloved spouse of Linda (Zander) Bieber. Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of Jansen and Gladys (Bower) Bieber. Dale, most recently, worked for National Auto Parts in Pennsburg, while previous employment included being a truck driver of 47 years. He loved Jesus and was a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship for years and most recently a member of Morning Star Fellowship. He loved playing his harmonica in church and will be remembered by many for his music. He enjoyed mowing grass at the church as well. He also tinkered on lawn mowers and small engines, hunted, traveled to the northern tier of Pa and the southern tier of NY frequently, and loved sitting at Dunkin Donuts drinking coffee and making people laugh. His favorite moments, though, were spent with family.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his children: Debbie Bieber Hinkle and her husband Todd Hinkle of Red Hill, PA, Dale Bieber Jr. and his wife Jillian Langenback Bieber of Red Hill, PA, Julie Bieber West and her husband Brian "Ed" West of Pennsburg, PA, James Bieber Sr. and his wife Sarah Symons Bieber of Pennsburg, PA, Lisa Bieber McCullough and husband Daryl McCullough of Wellsboro, PA; his grandchildren: Bailey, Kiara, Karissa, James Jr., Dylan, Benjamin, Isaac, Jebb and Abigail; and his brothers: Dean Bieber, of Prattsburgh, NY; and Delbert Bieber, of Toms River, NJ. He was preceded in death by his brother Daniel Bieber.

Services were held at 10am on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Morning Star Fellowship, 2788 Geryville Pike, Pennsburg, PA 18073.

Dale was a occasional visitor to our drive thru coffee at Finland Mennonite. He was a friend of Alphie and Judy's who also attended. We always were encouraged by him and enjoyed our visits with him. He was a positive person who always was caring for others even when he was going through a rough time. He met my friend who has had cancer in the past and told us he would pray for her. He often asked me how she was doing. I watched services with him playing his harmonica on worship team as well. What a blessing he was to anyone who met him. I was saddened to hear of his passing on and my prayers are with you his loved ones left behind . . .for now!!!! Thankful for the hope of eternal life!
Sincerely, Rose & Rich Longacre (and for the Finland Mennonite Coffee Crew)

Please accept my deepest condolences. I worked with Dale for several years. He was a great guy, always smiling, and always ready to tell a joke. I always called him "Sarge" because he reminded me of a friendly sergeant I knew from the Army. We had a lot of good times at work. He will be greatly missed.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away (Revelation 21:4). We're sorry for your loss and look forward with you to that grand reunion. May the Lord comfort you and all your family. Love, John and Bonnie Wiley

Dale will be missed greatly by family and friends and will leave a void, not only at the table but in our hearts, but he has gone on to his reward. I'm sure he has the angels smiling and singing as he plays his harmonica. He lit up a room with his presence and always took the time to reach out to others. Lots of great memories around the table as he shared Linda's baking specialties. We grieve but "not as the world grieves" because we have a hope of a reunion. Heaven has welcomed home another son!
