Betty M. Eppler, 91, of East Greenville passed away peacefully on Friday, September 24th, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Eppler. Born in Sumneytown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Florence (Long) Walker. Betty was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, where she enjoyed baking for church events. She enjoyed going to breakfast at the Valley Cafe and on bus trips with her husband. More recently, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Along with their spouse, she is survived by her children: Karen, widow of Bruce Butterweck of Gilbertsville, and Scott Eppler, and his wife, Stephanie, of Pennsburg; her grandchildren: Daniel, Brian, Kelly, Aubrey, and Paige; great-grandchildren: Emily, David, Kira, Kylie, and Peyton; and a sister: Shirley Hanna, of New York. She was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy Schwenk.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 10-11 AM, with her service to follow at 11 AM at New Goshenhoppen UCC, 1070 Church Rd, East Greenville, PA 18041. She will be laid to rest in New Goshenhoppen Cemetery following her service.
