Obituary for Steven Gilbert Goodwin
Steven G. Goodwin, 75, of Spinnerstown, PA passed away peacefully on February 22, 2022, at his residence with his loving wife of 32 years, Beverly A Goodwin by his side. Born July 24, 1946, in Germantown, PA, he was a son of the late William Gilbert and Marjorie Jane (Mattern) Goodwin.
Steve was an avid car enthusiast who made a career out of his hobby. He loved Jesus and family first. Steve developed many loyal friendships over the years. He loved to travel with his wife, Beverly and they went together everywhere he went.
Along with his beloved wife, Steven is survived by his children: Michelle Rose Goodwin Rockwell, Steven R Goodwin and his wife Tina, Jacqueline, wife of Brian J Boden Sr., Deborah J, wife of Joseph Rueger; Nephews: Jason Goodwin and his wife Krista, Todd Goodwin and his wife Lauren, Scott Goodwin and his wife Crystal; his grandchildren: Joseph Dilg, Kimberlee Dilg, Taylor Goodwin, Shane Goodwin, Christopher Cundey and his wife Vanessa, Jordan E, wife of Joshua Schueck, Kayla Rueger, and Brian Boden Jr.; his great grandson: Logan Dilg; his grandnephew, Blaise Goodwin; and Grand Nieces: Alyssa Goodwin and her fiance Brandon, Hailey Goodwin and her fiance, Will, Isabella Goodwin, and Abigail Goodwin. Steven is also survived by his brother Robert Goodwin and Joseph Demschur and his sister-in-law, Margaret. He was predeceased by his former wife Marsha, and his brothers Stuart L. Goodwin, and William M Goodwin.
All are invited to gather from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, February 26, at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073. A celebration of his life will be held at 10:30 am. He will be laid to rest privately at a later date.
