Obituary for Thomas W. Mohr
Thomas W. Mohr, 76, of Hereford passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021. Born in East Greenville, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Ruth (Hallman) Mohr. Thomas was an auto mechanic for many years at the former Mohr’s Garage, now Scooty’s. He then drove a school van for Norman’s Bus Service, East Greenville. Thomas was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. Earlier he was an active member of the former Upper Perk Jaycees and he enjoyed bowling and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Jayme, and his wife Beth, of Lombard, Illinois, and their children: Owen and Reilly. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Diane; and many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his sister, Joyce (Mohr) Pursley, his brother Kenneth E. Mohr Jr.; and a nephew, Steven Pursley.
A celebration of Tom's life will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073. He will be interred in St. Mark's Cemetery in Pennsburg immediately following the services.
